Radar for iPhone
How can we help?
Questions, a bug, or a scanner that did something you did not expect: email the developer. Include the scanner’s name, roughly when it happened, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one.
Email supportPlease do not email passwords, exchange API keys, or other sensitive information. Radar never asks for them.Common questions
Why did a scanner not alert?
Radar alerts when a market changes state, not every time a rule is true. A market that alerted recently waits a few candles, each scanner sends at most the notifications a day set in its alert settings (12 unless changed), notifications can be off for a scanner, and an alert window or Hold alerts around big releases can hold an alert back. The scanner’s screen shows every market’s current state, and the Alerts tab records every alert, pushed or not.
Why am I not getting notifications at all?
Open iOS Settings > Notifications > Radar and allow notifications. Then check the scanner’s alert settings in Radar. On the free plan, scanners rest after 21 days without Radar being opened; opening the app wakes them.
How do I turn off or limit one scanner’s notifications?
Long-press the scanner and choose Turn off notifications, or open it, tap Edit, then Alerts. There you can switch notifications off, choose how many a day it may send (3, 6, 12, 24 or no limit), and set sound and Time-sensitive. With notifications off, its alerts still appear in the Alerts tab.
Why does a rule say “unavailable”?
The exchange serving your region does not publish that number, or there is not enough history yet. Radar never treats a missing number as met.
What does the history test tell me?
It replays a scanner’s rules over the last 1,000 candles of every market it watches and shows how often price was higher afterwards, compared with any candle. It describes the past. It does not predict the next move, and Radar does not recommend trades.
How do I restore, change, or cancel Radar Pro?
In Radar, open Settings > Plan to manage your subscription, or use Restore on the Radar Pro screen after reinstalling. Apple handles billing, so you can also cancel in iOS Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. When Pro ends, extra scanners are paused, never deleted, and you choose which two keep running.
Do I need an account?
No. Your scanners work without one. An account (email and password) keeps your scanners, watchlist and alerts when you change phones; they move into it when you sign in.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings > Account > Delete account. Your account, scanners, watchlist, alerts and devices are removed from the server straight away. See the privacy policy for details.
