Pick Sarge as your coach and start a run. Motivator reads your GPS pace, splits and progress through the run. When something happens, a completed kilometre, a pace drop, a hill, the final stretch, Sarge speaks. Between moments he stays quiet, so the run isn't wall-to-wall shouting.
